'Nuis' is a one of those people with a never-ending trough of talents. She can sing, write, give you a shot, invest your money, install your gutter guards, fix your sink and cook you a beautiful dinner when the day is done. When Sam and I were renovating our house, she showed up on Saturday mornings with her own set of tools and braved the crawlspace, waterproofed the bathroom, and yes, installed gutter guards on our roof.
